Terraria heading to PSN and XBLA early next year
Remember Terraria, the really popular 2011 indie game that’s a bit like a 2D version of Minecraft but not really that similar? It’s coming to PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade early next year.That’s courtesy of 505 Games and developer Engine Software. The one-man band that made Terraria originally, Andrew Spinks, doesn’t appear to be directly involved, but he did supply a happy quote in the press release, so maybe he’s overseeing production.”I can’t say how excited I am to finally have Terraria come to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3!” he blurted. “To see it come so far is a complete shock, especially after such humble beginnings.
