Rumor: Combat Wings landing on XBLA
The Xbox Marketplace currently has a placeholder for Combat Wings, but there is some curiosity over the listing. XBLAFans first took note of the addition, but it’s unclear if this XBLA game is a spin-off of the formerly retail product, Combat Wings: The Great Battles of World War II, or a downloadable replacement after the game missed its March launch.
City Interactive recently stated on its Facebook wall that the retail game had not been canceled, but was going digital instead. We were able to get in contact with the US representatives for the Polish publisher, but they needed to check with base camp before providing further clarification.
