Re-Volt revived by ex-Split/Second, Pure dev
Radio controlled car racing game Re-Volt is being revived for re-release this year on new platforms. It’s being published on Smart TVs by Korean game company We Go Interactive in partnership with fellow Korean company LG Electronics for release in December 2012. We Go picked up the rights to the Re-Volt IP in 2010. For the mobile versions We Go collaborated with Nick Baynes, who co-created the popular racer while at Acclaim Studios (nee Probe Entertainment) back in 1999 for PC, PlayStation, Nintendo 64 and Dreamcast.
