PlayStation 3D display delayed in Europe
Those of you in Europe will have to go on playing multiplayer PS3 games in split-screen, or disperse to your separate homes, for now. The 24″ PlayStation-branded 3D monitor, which was released in North America on November 13, has been delayed indefinitely in Europe.
Eurogamer spoke to Sony about the delay, but was unable to ascertain a reason, or a new ETA for the device. We don’t think there’s a different display standard, since this is a monitor and not a TV, so that’s not the issue.
