New SimCity scraping sky on PC in 2013
The permits are all set for a new SimCity to begin building the next great metropolis, EA and Maxis announced this evening at GDC 2012. It’s coming to PC in 2013, and going back to Maxis.
The official word follows a string of leaked screens and a prematurely outed trailer that seemed intended for GDC. The game will run on the GlassBox engine, which EA plans to describe in more detail at tomorrow’s “Inside the GlassBox” presentation at GDC.
