Medal of Honor Warfighter promotes ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ film with multiplayer DLC
Sony Pictures is promoting the upcoming film Zero Dark Thirty, about the hunt for Osama Bin Laden, through the usual venue: Medal of Honor: Warfighter DLC. Wait, what?
The vaguely uncomfortable statement above is true: EA and Sony Pictures have partnered to make a map pack featuring two new multiplayer maps, Darra Gun Market and Chitral, inspired by the movie’s take on the real locations, which were thought to be potential hideouts of the infamous terrorist. It’ll be released in North America “the week of December 17” to coincide with the release of the movie.
$1 of the $9.99 will be earmarked to charity through EA’s Project HONOR program.
