Eurogamer Expo Indie Games Arcade now accepting submissions

Good news everyone! With the Eurogamer Expo now just 49 days, 23 hours, 37 minutes and 11 seconds away (at the time of writing, anyway – I assume that you are reading this the instant I post it), today we’re happy to announce that we’re opening submissions for this year’s Indie Games Arcade. Although a lot of people come to the Expo to play big games like Assassin’s Creed 3 or Grid 2, or to hear from developers like Hideo Kojima, the Indie Games Arcade has been one of the most popular aspects of the show since we started doing it. It’s brought thousands of people face to face with games like VVVVVV (2009), Skulls of the Shogun (2010) and Really Big Sky (2011) and the developers tell us they love getting your uncompromising feedback face to face on the show floor. This year we’re expanding our curation team to include writers from Eurogamer and Rock, Paper, Shotgun, who will take the initial long list and work with curator-in-chief David Hayward to whittle it down to a manageable number of excellent games.
